Ozzy and Coco, our two African Grey Parrots.........................the lads immigrated from South Africa with us and have adapted well to life in the UK.

A couple of pics of some family members which we unfortunately had to leave behind in South Africa as the weather would have been too harsh for them over here..............sad and probably one of the most heartbreaking things I had to do but was definitely in the best interest of the animals.
All were donated to the Blue Hills Bird Sanctuary just outside Plettenberg Bay which is about 400Km's East of Cape Town. A phone call about two months ago indicated that they were all well and had adapted well to their new home.

The noise you soon get used to Andy and to be quite honest, don't even take note of eventually....................the food bill for fresh fruit, veg, and special suppliments every day used to sting though!
These were just a few of our exotic pets and still had 3 dogs, a cat and a marine fishtank to take care of as well........... .......come to think of it, I was running a mini zoo!!!!

If your refering to the monkeys then no, the dogs used to be sh1t scared of them....................Mango (who I hand rared from 3 days old) used to know this and deliberately run and jump onto my Rotweilers back just to see him yelp and run like hell..................so wish I had taken video footage of things like that when I had the chance but you know how it goes - you just take things that happen in your everyday life for granted at the time.....
