went fishing on bradshaws at the weekend. and the weather is still a bit cold so i wasnt exspecting to get loads of runs. we was on lake 2 and was fishing peg 5, and the was about 5 anglers on the wall side that seemed to be having a bit of luck alot more than us. so hours past i tried different spots, different baits and still nothing. then all the other angerlers went home leaving me and my m8. i thought right i will see if i can get out in the last hour fishing over the other lads bait. so i casted accross over his swimm n within 10 mins i got a few beeps. then not long after i thought right thats it its pack up time i reeled my other rod in and then a car turned up on the car park.... the owner were closing the gates now guys and just as she said that the alarms started going. i hit into it. im in i said, and didnt put up much of a fight at first then when i got it about 10 feet out if took off, i got it to a bout 3 feet out and then ping hook pings out fantasic GUTTED

it was amazing that she said there closing and the buzzers whent off. wasnt massife but never the less a fish and the first carp of te season but it will come bring on the summer.
