All about Team UCF

Postby Andy » 25 Apr 2010, 13:23

Who are Team UCF.

Team UCF are a Fishing Club Associated with Bolton & District Anglers Association and was founded in March 2010. At present we do not have our own water but plans are in place to acquire one in the near future, we are however free to use BA waters for any local matches.

Night Fishing.

Once Team UCF acquires it's own water night fishing will be allowed provided our Insurance Company allows us to.

How much does it cost to join Team UCF?

To join Team UCF it will cost £15.00 for the first year (£10.00 signing on fee) and £5.00 permit fee, each year members will have the opportunity of renewing their membership.

What do I get for my money.

For your money you will get regular organised matches (summer & winter) organised social/charity events and the opportunity to fish matches on all BA waters (BA Match Secretary must be informed of all matches that take place on BA waters). On top of this you will have the chance once a year to fish for the Team UCF shield.

Coaching for kids.

Team UCF have a fully qualified licensed coach to help teach and bring kids back into fishing, during the summer months Team UCF will organise events for children along with supervised mini matches, parents will be encouraged to help out on event/teaching days.

Work Party's.

Members of Team UCF will be expected to attend two work party's per year, failure to attend work party's will result in that particular member being fined £5.00, all fines will be put directly into the club account.

Concessions?

Members of Team UCF will be able to get their yearly BA permit from Team UCF at a reduced price.

Fishing footage on match days.

Most main events will be filmed and that footage will be posted on the Internet for members to download and keep.

Monthly meetings.

Team UCF will host club meetings and encourage all Team UCF members to attend. Our club meetings will be held at Farworth Labour Club every month on the 3rd Wednesday starting on the 19th May 2010 @ 8.00pm.

If anybody has any questions about Team UCF please feel free to ask.

People wishing to join Team UCF please contact me via info@uncutfishing.co.uk

Many thanks.

Hi Tony, only Team UCF members are invited to attend the meeting on 19th May as there is private & confidential information being read out however, some information from our meeting will be posted in the Forum to encourage people to join Team UCF.

Everything you need to know about Team UCF has been submitted in the first post, hope this helps.

Hi.

The first post in this thread I said members of Team UCF will be entitled to a concession against their BA permits provided people purchase their Bolton Anglers permit from Team UCF, these concessions are as follows...

Senior Permits £17.00
Junior Permits £5.00
OAP & Disabled Permits £6.00.

People who currently have a BA permit wishing to join Team UCF need pay nothing except the signing on fee and permit fee that Team UCF require when first joining it's club.

Disabled Anglers need to produce EA license before a permit is issued.
Dual members are to state which club they are a member of.

Any questions feel free to ask.

Many thanks

Hi Dave, Team UCF members will be updated at the meetings rather than via the Forum otherwise no one will attend, if you need to know anything specific about Team UCF please ask at the meetings.

The information displayed in Team UCF is private and should be displayed to Committee members only, we are not hiding anything from members but if you remember 'xxxx' he joined Team UCF, come to the meeting, had access to Team UCF Forums then sent me a text message asking asking for his money back but not before having a good toot round. I will explain in more detail at our next meeting.

Sorry for any inconvenience.
