Reviews 5:
Uncut Fishing 5 - Sea fishing in Scotland With Andy
Commons.
Review by Andy Commons.
Myself and a few friends went to the South West of
Scotland for a fishing holiday without intentions of
producing a DVD, this never stopped us taking the
camera as I always do when fishing. The video
footage taken was for my archives and family viewing
as both my parents enjoy holiday periods in the
South West of Scotland. However when I showed the
end product to my Dad he told me to to share it with
other people as he really enjoyed the production. I
thought I would write my own review about our new
Uncut Fishing product.
Scotland has always had a special place in my heart
and maybe one day I will get the chance to retire to
this beautiful location. Coming from a family of
four (2 brothers & 1 sister) our parents used to
take us to the South West of Scotland every year for
our holidays starting from the age of 9 years. From
the age of 16 to present day I try to go to Scotland
at least once a year with a few friends.
A
Day in Scotland
I was sat in the garden at home
watching the fish in our little pond thinking where
I could go on my next fishing trip when I received a
telephone call from Shaun, a friend of mine who
lives in S/W Scotland. He told me that he had found
a great place to fish and asked if I would like to
fish there with him, although there are 235 miles
between us I never once hesitated. I told him I
would be up the following day with Ryan. The
production starts at the beginning of the journey
driving through the Shap in the Lake District,
talking about the beautiful scenery on the way, then
on into Scotland. Once in Scotland I talk a little
showing various locations I have been and stayed in
the past. I then take you digging for bait on the
beach preparing to catch fish off the rocks at a
secret location between Port Logan and Drummore. The
fish targeted where Pollack, Rass and Conga eel and
'yes' we caught all three species fishing over a
sunken wreck. As always our productions are produced
by ordinary anglers without the aid of sophisticated
camera equipment and are done so on the intention of
bringing angling realism to the very heart of your
front room. The production is interesting and
informative and like my Dad said a gem to watch. If
you have a quite 1/2 hour on Sunday morning then why
not relax and enjoy Uncut Fishing in... A Day in
Scotland.
